KuPotDhem provides access to healthcare locations, hospitals, pharmacies, and appointment-booking services in Kosovo. The App does not provide medical diagnosis, medical advice, or any form of medical treatment.

3. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. All data is transmitted securely using industry-standard encryption (HTTPS, Firebase encryption).

However, no online service is completely secure, and users submit information at their own risk.

We do not share personal data with third parties except:

• Trusted service providers required for App operation (e.g., Firebase)
• When required by law or legal authority

All service providers operate under strict confidentiality and data-protection agreements.

Users may request deletion of their account at any time.
